How We Approached It

We started by mapping the entire lead-to-enrollment lifecycle to fully understand how prospects moved through the system and where the biggest bottlenecks were. From there, we defined the integration requirements for each settlement partner and designed a scalable data model with built-in compliance from the ground up.
