Steady Step Capital is a financial services company that connects consumers in debt with settlement partners such as Americor, Freedom, BlueRock, and Nationwide. As lead volume increased, their operations became constrained by fragmented systems, manual workflows, and compliance risk.

How We Approached It
We started by mapping the entire lead-to-enrollment lifecycle to fully understand how prospects moved through the system and where the biggest bottlenecks were. From there, we defined the integration requirements for each settlement partner and designed a scalable data model with built-in compliance from the ground up.
Once the foundation was clear, we developed and rolled out the core CRM platform, including the full pipeline, partner integrations, and communication systems for SMS, email, and outbound dialing. The goal was to give the team a single place to operate without needing to switch tools.
After launch, we focused on stabilization and iteration. We closely monitored system performance, optimized background jobs handling imports and compliance checks, and refined partner synchronization and retry logic. At the same time, we improved reporting accuracy and automated more of the operational workflows based on real usage patterns.
